BARKER Shoe Refurbishment Service

A pair of Barker Goodyear-welted shoes are made to last and you can prolong their lifespan by restoring the soles through our Barker refurbishment service.

We will send your Barker Shoes back to the Barker factory for a full refurbishment.

During the Barker refurbishment process your shoes will be put back onto their original lasts for the heels and soles to be removed allowing them to go back through the factory to be re-welted, re-soled and re-heeled.

After the refurbishment has been completed your shoes are cleaned, polished and boxed. The service can take an estimated time of 8 - 10 weeks to complete from receipt (due to Factory Holidays this might be extended up to 12 weeks).

Please note that we cannot accept shoes back for refurbishment if they have previously been re-soled by an outside party.

Please be advised that if your Barker shoes have been repaired three times previously then the next repair will be at your own risk.

Process Details

Once your order has been placed you will need to place a copy of your order invoice in with the shoes before posting to us.

We would suggest using a track and trace service using a reputable courier, paying the local charges to get the shoes to us.

• Please note we will only post shoes back to the billing address provided on the order.
• Our refurbishment department can only repair Barker Goodyear-welted shoes. Regrettably we cannot repair our Barker Sneakers due to the manufacturing process.
• Please don’t send us your accessories with your shoes as we cannot be held liable for them. All we need is your beloved Barker Shoes and Barker will replace all laces and shoe boxes with each repair.
