Earn as you shop, then choose a voucher for something you love. Here is how to get the most from Farley Rewards.
What are my points worth?
100 points = £1 towards a loyalty voucher. Earn 3 points for each £1 of eligible product spend after discounts. For example, £100 of eligible spend earns 300 points, worth £3. Delivery charges do not earn points. Vouchers start at 500 points (£5).
How do I use a voucher?
Sign in above, choose a voucher you have enough points for, then apply its code at checkout. Your points are exchanged when the voucher is issued. Choose a voucher only when you are ready to use it, and check its minimum spend and expiry date.
The minimum spends are £20 for a £5 voucher; £30 for £10; £50 for £20; £70 for £30; £80 for £40; and £90 for £50. Delivery does not count towards minimum spend.
Can I combine rewards with another offer?
Use one offer per order. Loyalty vouchers cannot be combined with the standard 10% first-order offer, 5% multibuy offer or the 10% Farley Friends referral offer. Choose the offer that gives you the best saving for that purchase. You can still earn shopping points on eligible product spend after a discount.
For example, an eligible £100 basket reduced to £90 by the standard 10% welcome discount earns 270 points, worth £2.70 towards a future voucher.
When do points and vouchers expire?
Shopping points expire 12 months after they are earned. New signup, Instagram, Facebook, birthday and review points expire after 90 days. These promotional expiry rules apply to new awards.
New loyalty vouchers issued from 3 October 2026 expire 90 days after issue. Previously issued vouchers keep their existing terms unless we contact you about a change. Check your account for your reward details. Expired vouchers do not automatically return points to your balance.
What do I receive for joining?
Join free and receive 500 points, worth a £5 loyalty voucher with a £20 minimum spend. This is a voucher benefit, not cash credit, and cannot be combined with another offer.
What happens if I return an order?
Points earned on refunded purchases may be removed. If you have a question about a return involving a reward voucher, contact our team with your order number so we can check your account. Your normal returns rights are unaffected.

How Farley Friends works
- You must have placed a paid order with us before earning a referral reward. Share your personal referral link with friends who have never ordered from A Farley Country Attire.
- Your friend must be a new customer in a different household. Self-referrals, alternative email addresses used by the same person and referrals between members of the same household are not eligible. Automated checks help prevent misuse.
- Your friend receives 10% off their first order when they spend at least £100 on eligible products before the referral discount. Their qualifying purchase must meet the £90 minimum after discounts, excluding delivery.
- The friend’s 10% offer excludes sale items and the following brands: R.M. Williams, Orca Bay, Chatham, Hoggs of Fife, Seeland, Deerhunter, Meindl, Macade and Vessel. Delivery and gift cards do not count towards qualifying referral spend.
- For each successful qualifying referral, receive a £10 voucher for an order of £50 or more, excluding delivery. The £10 voucher can be used across all products. There is no monthly limit on genuine qualifying referrals.
- Your £10 reward is normally issued 7 days after your friend’s order is dispatched, subject to eligibility. Cancelled, refunded or otherwise ineligible orders may not qualify.
- Referral vouchers expire 90 days after issue. Use one offer per order: referral vouchers cannot be combined with loyalty vouchers, the first-order offer, multibuy or another discount. Referral rewards are separate from shopping points.
