These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the A Farley Country Attire website and the purchase of goods from us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Ordering Process

2.1 Browse the website and add your chosen items to your cart.
2.2 Complete the checkout form in full and follow the instructions.


3. Klarna Payment Terms

We partner with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, to offer: Pay in 3 and Pay Later.
Payment is made to Klarna. Your personal data is processed in accordance with Klarna's privacy policy.


4. Order Confirmation & Delivery

4.1 Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
4.2 If you do not receive your order within 6 days of confirmation, please contact us.

You will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund, request a replacement (if stock allows), or agree to a further delivery window.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days to your original payment method.


5. Returns Policy

5.1 We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags and packaging included.

5.2 We do not offer exchanges. To order a different size or item, please place a new order.

5.3 Return postage costs are the responsibility of the sender. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.

5.4 Returns from overseas must be clearly marked as "Returned Goods" to avoid customs charges. You are responsible for any import fees if incorrectly declared.

5.5 Items returned after 30 days may be considered only if faulty and within the manufacturer’s warranty period.

5.6 If a free gift was included, it must also be returned for a full refund.

5.7 If you return part of a multi-buy promotion (e.g. Buy 2 Save 5%), your refund will reflect the adjusted price.


6. Faulty Items & Warranty

6.1 Items deemed faulty after 30 days will be inspected and may be sent to the manufacturer. We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

6.2 Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault. Items must be returned clean and dry for inspection.

6.3 Items outside the manufacturer’s warranty period are not eligible for replacement.


7. Product Descriptions

7.1 We aim to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur.

7.2 Sale items may be ex-display or have been tried on in-store.


8. Prices

8.1 Prices are as listed on the website and include VAT.
8.2 We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information.


9. Delivery Charges

UK & NI: Free over £99 / £5.95 under £100
ROI & Channel Islands: Free over £250 / £9.95 under £250
Rest of Europe: Free over £300 / £14.95 under £300
USA & Canada: £29.95
Rest of World: £59.95

International orders may be subject to local taxes or customs charges which are the buyer's responsibility.


10. Risk & Ownership

10.1 Risk passes to you on delivery.
10.2 Ownership passes once payment is received in full.
10.3 Any damage or loss claims must be reported within 14 days of dispatch, with supporting evidence provided within 28 days.


11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes or transport issues, government restrictions, or power/systems failures.


12. General

12.1 If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
12.2 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.


13. Cookies

We use cookies for site functionality and analytics. You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings. No personal data is shared via cookies.


14. Free Gifts

14.1 Free gifts are subject to availability and excluded on sale/clearance items.
14.2 Gifts must be returned if you are refunded for your order.


15. Coupon Codes

15.1 Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated.
15.2 Le Chameau and RM Williams products are excluded from discount codes.

The A Farley Country Attire mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by A Farley Country Attire (“A Farley Country Attire”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to A Farley Country Attire’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of A Farley Country Attire through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with A Farley Country Attire. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

If you have subscribed to other A Farley Country Attire mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
