We have a small team here at A Farley Country Attire but we believe that size isn’t everything!
Our team are always friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and passionate in everything they do. Dedicated to helping you receive a fantastic customer experience when shopping with us online and in-store.
Adam - Managing Director
Adam Farley started the business in 2003 when he opened a menswear store in Leicestershire, in 2012 he launched the e-commerce website taking the business into country clothing & footwear stocking the leading brands you see online and in-store today….
Outside of the office Adam is kept busy by his 2 teenage boys and his black lab “Bella”. In his spare time he enjoys a game of golf and tennis but his favourite thing is a ski trip to the Alps in winter time.
Michael - E-commerce Director
Michael Walter joined A Farley in 2012 to launch the e-commerce website having previously worked for 10 years at a Design Agency. Over the years Michael has overseen the evolution of the website and most recently the major task of re-platforming which has been a great success.
Outside of work Michaels two young children keep him on his toes and during his spare time enjoys playing football and socialising with friends and family.
Emma - HR Director
Emma Farley joined her husband in the business 14 years ago after a career in finance. Concentrating mostly on HR and finance, she also enjoys working closely with our small passionate team.
Outside of work Emma divides her time between her two teenage sons and her black Labrador Bella, enjoying running and long walks in the Leicestershire countryside. She also loves to socialise with friends and the odd tipple or two!
Holly - Customer Service Manager
Holly has been at A Farley Country Attire for 8 years now. You can find Holly rushing around the office, from managing the customer service team, creating content for social media or liaising with suppliers.
In her spare time you may find Holly teaching yoga, meeting with friends or walking in the lakes with her dog Kobe.
Jennifer - Kibworth Retail Store Manager
Jennifer is our new store manager with over 10 years of luxury management experience and 17 years in the retail trade. Jennifer has moved to the Midlands to be with family after running flag ship boutiques in London & Kent.
Outside of work Jennifer is dedicated to a holistic lifestyle consisting of meditation & yoga and when not at work can be found at David Lloyd gym or on auntie duties.
Emmie - Senior Sales & Customer Service Team Leader
Emmie is our Senior Sales & Customer Service Team Leader who has been here for 6 years, although she did leave in 2021 but missed it so much she came back.
Emmie shares her spare time between Leicestershire and Sheffield visiting family and taking her Jack Russell terrier ‘Oswald’ on long walks.
Ryan - Formalwear Supervisor
Ryan is our resident suit stylist, he comes with 11+ years experience in the trade. You will always find him dressed to the nines no matter the occasion. Suits, tuxedos, kilts, white tie...go ahead and quiz him!
Outside of work, Ryan has a passion for travelling, he produces a podcast, is often hosting poker nights and specialises in American western fashion.
Phoebe - Customer Service Advisor
Phoebe has recently joined our team as a Customer Service Advisor.
In her spare time Phoebe enjoys going to the Gym, socialising with friends, visiting spas for relaxation and spending time with her family.
Jena - Customer Service Advisor
Jena is our dispatch and returns assistant here at A Farley, she loves her job and loves learning new things. In her spare time, she collects antiques, has fun at Santa pod Raceway and loves spending time with family and her Jack Russell Rupert.
Kayleigh - Customer Service Advisor
Kayleigh is our newest customer service advisor, in the A Farley team! Outside of work, Kayleigh loves salsa dancing, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and spending time with her beloved pointer-cross, Hector.
Sam - Store Sales Assistant
Sam is an avid shooter of 4+ years, he loves all things outdoors and is often found sporting our Harkila wear.
He is also fully life guard trained, really into his fitness and health! If you can't find Sam on a shoot you'll find him at his local gym.
Livvy - Customer Service Advisor
Livvy is a customer service advisor with a lively spirit! She loves the energy from a good Red Bull, socialising with friends and spending quality time with her adorable niece.
