Adam - Managing Director
Adam Farley started the business in 2003 when he opened a menswear store in Leicestershire. In 2012, he launched the e-commerce website, taking the business into country clothing and footwear and stocking the leading brands you see online and in-store today.
Outside of the office, Adam is kept busy by his two teenage boys and his black lab, Bella. In his spare time he enjoys golf and tennis, but his favourite thing is a ski trip to the Alps in winter.
Michael - E-commerce Director
Michael Walter joined A Farley in 2012 to help launch the e-commerce website, having previously worked for 10 years at a design agency. Over the years, Michael has overseen the evolution of the website and, most recently, the major task of re-platforming, which has been a great success.
Outside of work, Michael’s two young children keep him on his toes, and in his spare time he enjoys playing football and socialising with friends and family.
Emma - HR Director
Emma Farley joined her husband in the business 14 years ago after a career in finance. Concentrating mostly on HR and finance, she also enjoys working closely with our small, passionate team.
Outside of work, Emma divides her time between her two teenage sons and her black Labrador, Bella, enjoying running and long walks in the Leicestershire countryside. She also loves to socialise with friends and the odd tipple or two.
Sam - Kibworth Retail Store Manager
Sam, our store manager, is an avid shooter of more than four years. He loves all things outdoors and is often found sporting our Harkila wear.
He is also fully lifeguard trained and really into fitness and health. If you can’t find Sam on a shoot, you’ll likely find him at his local gym.
Emmie - Customer Service Manager
Emmie is our Customer Service Manager and has been part of the team for eight years, with over 14 years of experience in customer service and sales.
Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing spa trips with friends, spontaneous weekends away, and spending time with her two dogs.
Phoebe - Customer Service Team Leader
Phoebe is our Customer Service Team Leader here at A Farley.
In her spare time, Phoebe enjoys going to the gym, socialising with friends, visiting spas for relaxation and spending time with her family.
Jena - Customer Service Advisor
Jena is our dispatch and returns assistant here at A Farley. She loves her job and enjoys learning new things.
In her spare time, she collects antiques, has fun at Santa Pod Raceway and loves spending time with family and her Jack Russell, Rupert.
Livvy - Customer Service Advisor
Livvy is a Customer Service Advisor with a big personality and even bigger energy. Often fuelled by a trusty Red Bull, she brings enthusiasm and positivity to every customer interaction.
When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her out socialising with friends or making memories with her adorable niece.
Freya - Customer Service Advisor
Freya is one of our Customer Service Advisors, smashing it every day by keeping our customers happy and always going above and beyond to help.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, relaxing with her cat Pudding, and is also a black belt in karate.
Harry - Dispatch Lead
Harry is our Dispatch Lead, responsible for making sure every customer order is picked, packed and sent out smoothly.
When he’s not keeping the warehouse running like clockwork, you’ll usually find him at the gym or out with his mates.
Ollie - Warehouse Assistant
Ollie is our Warehouse Assistant and looks after our international parcels and helps manage customer returns, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Outside of work, he plays rugby, spends time in the gym, enjoys music and can often be found behind a drum kit.
Heath - Ecommerce Assistant
Heath is our Ecommerce Assistant, responsible for uploading new products to the website and keeping everything looking sharp online.
Outside of work, he’s a massive Nottingham Forest supporter and a taekwondo expert.
