We have a small team here at A Farley Country Attire but we believe that size isn’t everything!
Our team are always friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and passionate in everything they do. Dedicated to helping you receive a fantastic customer experience when shopping with us online and in-store.
Adam - Managing Director
Adam Farley started the business in 2003 when he opened a menswear store in Leicestershire, in 2012 he launched the e-commerce website taking the business into country clothing & footwear stocking the leading brands you see online and in-store today….
Outside of the office Adam is kept busy by his 2 teenage boys and his black lab “Bella”. In his spare time he enjoys a game of golf and tennis but his favourite thing is a ski trip to the Alps in winter time.
Michael - E-commerce Director
Michael Walter joined A Farley in 2012 to launch the e-commerce website having previously worked for 10 years at a Design Agency. Over the years Michael has overseen the evolution of the website and most recently the major task of re-platforming which has been a great success.
Outside of work Michaels two young children keep him on his toes and during his spare time enjoys playing football and socialising with friends and family.
Emma - HR Director
Emma Farley joined her husband in the business 14 years ago after a career in finance. Concentrating mostly on HR and finance, she also enjoys working closely with our small passionate team.
Outside of work Emma divides her time between her two teenage sons and her black Labrador Bella, enjoying running and long walks in the Leicestershire countryside. She also loves to socialise with friends and the odd tipple or two!
Holly - Customer Service Manager
Holly has been at A Farley Country Attire for 6 years now. You can find Holly rushing around the office, from managing the customer service team, creating content for social media or liaising with suppliers.
In her spare time you may find Holly teaching yoga, meeting with friends or walking in the lakes with her dog Kobe.
Sally - Kibworth Retail Store Manager
Sally is our Kibworth Retail Store Manager, she has been with the company for 2 years and comes with over 20 years experience within the retail and Suit hire business.
Her work ethics are to provide excellent customer service, well laid out store and have a team that work well together who know their products.
Sally enjoys spending time on the Norfolk coast, walking with her 2 spaniels, helping the Air Cadets as a C.I instructor and recently trying her hand at Clay shooting.
Emmie - Senior Sales & Customer Service Team Leader
Emmie is our Senior Sales & Customer Service Team Leader who has been here for 4 years, although she did leave in 2021 but missed it so much she came back.
Emmie shares her spare time between Leicestershire and Sheffield visiting family and taking her Jack Russell terrier ‘Oswald’ on long walks.
Ryan - Formal Hire Supervisor
Ryan is based within our suit hire department, he comes with many years’ experience and is always impeccably dressed in one of his suits.
Outside of work Ryan has a very successful podcast which he produces with friends based within the U.S.A and Australia, he likes photography, travelling, walking his westie cross and socialising with friends.
Phoebe - Customer Service Advisor
Phoebe has recently joined our team as a Customer Service Advisor.
Jena - Customer Service Advisor
Jena is our dispatch and returns assistant here at A Farley, she loves her job and loves learning new things. In her spare time, she collects antiques, has fun at Santa pod Raceway and loves spending time with family and her Jack Russell Rupert.
