SEELAND Polar Max Overtrousers - Men's - Grizzly Brown
The Seeland Polar Max overtrousers are Seeland’s absolute warmest hunting trousers. The overtrousers are waterproof and have a WindBeater membrane, in addition to 250 gram wadding, which is the thickest available.
- Zip thigh pockets
- Adjustable suspenders
- Elastic side panels at waist
- Waterproof zips at sides, from hem to knee
They also feature microfleece inside the trousers to retain warmth. Polyester lining in the legs makes them easy to slide on. The trousers feature the groundbreaking ThinsulateTM technology, which uses an insulating membrane consisting of fine microfibres that work together to retain warm air molecules. Once the body has warmed up, the Thinsulate helps maintain the temperature, while allowing any moisture to wick through its outer membrane. The trousers have adjustable braces and waterproof zips from the ankles to the knees, as well as a full-length two-way zip. The ankles are adjustable and there are belt loops and an elasticated waist. There are also two pockets on each side of the trousers. Areas of the trousers most subject to wear are reinforced for extra robustness. The lower trousers are made from Oxford nylon, which is water-repellent. Combined with the Polar Max jacket and mittens, you have an exceedingly insulating hunting suit, suitable for both rifle and shotgun use, even when the temperature is well below freezing.
