The HOGGS OF FIFE Eden Technical Tweed Field Coat combines traditional country styling with dependable weather protection for days in the field.
Made from 310gsm pure wool herringbone tweed, it provides natural warmth and a structured appearance. A waterproof drop liner and PFAS-free water-repellent finish help protect the wearer during wet countryside conditions.
Tricot-lined handwarmer pockets, expandable bellows pockets and an internal zipped pocket provide practical storage, while rear waist adjusters allow the coat’s shape to be refined.
The 310gsm outer is woven entirely from wool, providing natural warmth, comfort and the textured appearance associated with traditional country clothing.
Its herringbone weave and Bracken/Blackberry colouring create a distinctive autumnal look that coordinates with the matching pieces in the Eden tweed collection.
A waterproof drop liner provides a strong 20,000mm waterproof rating, helping the coat perform during sustained wet weather.
Its 4,000g/m²/24hr breathability rating allows moisture vapour to escape while the wearer is active, supporting greater comfort during long days outdoors.
The wool outer is treated with Teflon EcoElite, a PFAS-free water-repellent finish that helps moisture bead away from the surface.
